When Fallone SV was founded, the goal was simple - offering top tier legal counsel to startups in a manner that is more connected than the typical attorney-client relationship. Over the last few years, Fallone SV has been working to re-design the way startups work with their legal team. We’ve tried to utilize new tools (AirTable™, Slack™, Google Workspace™, etc.) to more efficiently interact with clients. What we have found is that even when utilizing new tools to facilitate streamlined and asynchronous communication, something is still missing.
While we still believe in many of the new tools out there, we are working to develop (1) an in-house client portal and (2) a robust, low cost document management system that will allow our clients to stay informed and organized.
With that said, we are always open to new ideas and tools, and ways to create a more enjoyable and seamless client experience. If you have any tips or ideas, please let us know.
